Xmas in Oz

Merry Xmas from Down Under

Seasons greetings from all of us here in Oz. What could be better than this, its a bright and sunny time of year (a little cooler than normal but still hanging around the mid twenties on the celcius scale), we are bashing the poms in the cricket, and i have the next two weeks off work. Could i ask for anything more that that? Maybe an ice cold beer - but i am not complaining.

I know that i am not your normal blogger here on 'A Tale of a Transplanted Wombat' but my good old scottish wombat friend is encountering some technical difficulties. I am sure he will soon recover and continue his insightful blogging about the wierd and wonderful world he now finds himself in (aka Scotland).

Regardless - best wishes to all those that are reading this blog - and in the spirit of the Wombat himself, i am sure he would want me to give you all a big old BAH HUMBUG.
