William Wallace

Well we had a little holiday to the Wallace Monument (the devil in a dog suit stayed with the in laws) we found some great places to eat and drink



Now as most know I am an incredibly tall individual (not) so compare my size to that of the average armsman back then




Now compare that to the size of the Wallace sword


you can imagine how strong they had to be just to lift that let alone fight with it.

The Wallace monument is of course in the "Highlands" here are some shots on the way there

Long overdue post

Since I haven't posted in such a long time I cant claim the usual nothing has been happening

Over the one week of summer we had (this summer was the third hottest on record- and I'm not joking it did feel like it only lasted one week)

We took the bikes to Millport a lovely little island that's about 10 miles around and dead flat so its great for a pedal of course the weasel and the Mrs had to get a photo in front of one of there childhood holiday homes
