To Cold for Snow

Those are words I just love to hear

Over the last few nights the "Gritters" have been out and about spraying there wonderful mixture of sand and salt all over the roads (it really does wonders for the cars) I wondered out loud if we would be getting snow soon but was told it was way to cold to snow (the temp has been dropping to around minus 3 at the time it gets dark (around 4.45pm)

I cant wait for the snow to hit we have a hill just made for sledding just down from our house (just enough trees to add that touch of danger as I said cant wait.

Congrats to Mr Parks and his intended

Shazzy the new Harry Potter movie is great....... Though they may need to change Harry (Daniel Radcliff) is now over 16 so having him play a 14 year old was a bit of a stretch and as next movie is still in preproduction and wont be filming till 2007 when he will be 18 year's old and is supposed to be playing a 15 year old this might present a problem (the same goes for Rupert Grint - Ron who is 17) and lets not get started on Hermione whose own age at 15 and a half whilst the closest to the characters age of them all will still be a 17 year old "woman" playing a 15 year old girl for the next movie maybe they will feed them hormone suppressing drugs so they can stay kids till the last as yet unwritten book.

Guy Fawkes Night

Well cracker night is almost here (5th November) have my supplies laid in — including sparklers for Gail am just hoping that it is a good night (for a change) we just had halloween here and unfortunately it rained off and on all night but even so we saw a few trick or treaters out and about (none came to our door - we are new to the village) so Gail will just have to eat all the lollies (sweeties to you scottish)
Now Coop criticised me recently for almost being as bad as Parks in updating my web site well Coop tough you try running a blog
Now Norm (much to Gails disapproval) am giving you all these links which just scream your name Enjoy
